Software Pick-Up Hours

You may pick-up your software at the Office of Software Licensing between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Please allow one business day for processing. Our office is located in Research Park at 585 Komas Drive. If you're unsure of our location, please refer to the following instructions:

Driving

From Foothill Drive, turn east onto Wakara Way. Turn right on the first street (Komas Drive) and then turn left on the third driveway on your left. Our building is directly in front of you. Go to the reception desk and tell the receptionist your name and that you are there to pick up the software media you ordered.

Shuttle

Catch the Green shuttle and get off at the Arapeen/Komas stop. Although there is an entrance to our building on the Arapeen side, you need to walk around the building and enter from the west. Go to the reception desk and tell the receptionist your name and that you are there to pick up the software media you ordered.
