How do I obtain my product key or license file?

Product keys (serial numbers) and license files can be retrieved by the person who purchased the software (purchaser) or by department staff who are able to view orders for specific OrgID's (department user). If someone purchased the software for you, please ask them to retrieve this information for you.

What if the product key or license file isn't valid?

The file that is included with the installation files is often temporary and is only intended to be used in the installation process or for a limited trial of the product. If the software reports that the product key or license file is invalid, has expired, or is missing, verify you are using the product key or license file from the Serial Number File section of your web receipt.
