You have up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee.
All purchases are final for:
- Adobe personal and student licenses
- Microsoft personal and student licenses
Software Licensing will gladly replace any defective media.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the software they wish to purchase will work on their computer before making the purchase.
If you receive media that is not what you ordered, contact the Campus Help Desk at 801-581-4000 or email@example.com to report the error. There will be no exchange if the tamper tape or outer wrapping has been opened.
The 15% processing fee may be waived if a customer returns an order and purchases software of equal or greater value within five business days of the return request. The software being returned must be unopened.
