1.	Students are not eligible to use this software on personally owned or leased computers under our existing software license agreement.
2.	Employees are not eligible to purchase this software for personally owned or leased computers under our existing software license agreement. For remote work purposes, faculty and staff may purchase and use a university license on their personally owned or leased computer but only for work-related non-profit/non-commercial instructional, academic teaching and research purposes.
3.	Faculty and staff are eligible to purchase, install and use this software on personally owned or leased computers or university owned or leased computers and this software must ONLY be used for work-related non-profit/non-commercial instructional, academic teaching and research purposes.

Lucid Suite includes Lucidchart and Lucidspark

Obtaining the product

Eligible employees can purchase a license from the Software Catalog. Completion of a registration form is required for each Office of Software Licensing (OSL) order. Within one to two business days, upon license verification, OSL staff will add the uNID account to the Lucid site and the end-user will receive a notification from Lucid Software.
