Planner & Project Plan 5 Instructions
How to Access
Option 1: Use Planner and Project in your browser
- Go to https://www.office.com
- Sign in with your work account (uNID@utah.edu)
- Open the app launcher (waffle menu) and select:
- Planner (for task management and team collaboration)
- Project (for project planning)
You can also access them directly:
- Planner: https://tasks.office.com
- Project: https://project.microsoft.com
Option 2: Install the Project desktop app (optional)
- Go to https://portal.office.com/account
- Select My Account > Apps & devices
- Locate Project and select Install
Note: If Project is not listed, select Other install options or check https://www.microsoft365.com under your apps.
