Power Apps Premium Instructions

Power Apps allows you to build custom apps that connect to your data, automate business processes, and streamline workflows across Microsoft 365 and other systems.

Getting Started

 1. Go to https://make.powerapps.com

 2. Sign in with your uNID@umail.utah.edu email address and CIS password

 3. Select your environment (typically “Default” unless otherwise directed)

What You Can Do with Premium

With your Premium license, you can:

• Build custom apps using canvas apps and model-driven apps
• Connect to premium data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Dataverse, Salesforce)
• Use Microsoft Dataverse to securely store and manage data
• Access advanced features such as AI Builder (if enabled)

• Share apps with others across your department or organization
