Teams Rooms Pro Instructions

This license is a per-room (device) license and requires a dedicated resource account (Microsoft 365 resource account + mailbox). It enables full Teams room functionality, including calendar display and meeting join.

If you are setting up the room, please sign into the device using the room account and allow up to 1 hour for the license to fully activate.

If you notice any issues after that time, contact IT with the room name and what you’re seeing.
