Viva Suite Instructions

Getting Started

1. Access Viva in Microsoft 365

   • Go to: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-viva
   • Sign in with your university email and password
   • You can also access Viva apps directly within Microsoft Teams

2. Open Viva in Teams

   • Launch Microsoft Teams
   • Select Apps from the left navigation
   • Search for and open Viva apps such as:
     • Viva Connections – company news, resources, and intranet
     • Viva Engage – communities and conversations
     • Viva Insights – productivity and wellbeing insights
     • Viva Learning – training and learning content

3. Customize Your Experience

   • Pin frequently used Viva apps in Teams for quick access
   • Explore dashboards and recommendations tailored to your role

Tips

• Viva is fully integrated with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Some features may vary based on your role and assigned modules
